Mr. Nakayama consults with medical aesthetic practices on a wide array of digital marketing best practices. Specifically, he examines the customer journey and acquisition rates to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. He also provides media mix recommendations, promotional advice, spend guidance, performance analysis, and tracking and reporting.

He is highly skilled in marketing automation; using multiple data sources to create an automated and personalized journey; and informing those downstream, often requiring integration among systems.
Prior to joining the Allergan Digital Consulting Group, Mr. Nakayama worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Ingram Micro, Ingram Micro Cloud, and Experian in global marketing roles. In those positions, he accumulated more than seven years of experience using Eloqua for marketing automation, creating/training teams consisting of more than 30 developers, and learning the basics of SQL from data scientists who were using first- and third-party data to create custom audiences.
Mr. Nakayama graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration.
